Why put the oven to 25 degrees lower when using a container dark?
I ask because my mother always tells me if I use a pot dark, so I have to put in the oven temperature 25 degrees lower than usual
I really do not know, but I think the pot will absorb darker more heat than a lighter bread, which reflect heat.
